Gum tissue does not change overnight, which is exactly why we give you 90 days. Use your Dentova GumRestore every evening for 90 days from the day it is delivered. If your gums do not feel firmer and look healthier, email us and we refund every cent. No forms to fight, no questions asked.

The 90 days start on the day the carrier marks your order as delivered, not the day you order.

This guarantee is offered by Dentova in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace them in any way.

Free returns

Returning your device costs you nothing. When you write to us, we send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions. You do not need to keep the original box, although it helps if you still have it.

How to claim

1. Email info@trydentova.com with your order number.
2. We reply with the prepaid return label, usually within 1 business day.
3. Pack the device and drop it off at the location we indicate.
4. As soon as we receive it, we process your refund.

When you see the money

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the product, to the same payment method you used. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank and usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days.

1-Year Warranty against defects

On top of the 90-day guarantee, every Dentova GumRestore is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If the device stops charging, the LEDs fail, or it arrives with a defect, we replace it free of charge. Send us a photo or short video and your order number.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from drops or liquids, use contrary to the instructions supplied, or damage caused by third-party chargers or cables.

Cancellations and changes

If you want to cancel or change your order, email us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do it free of charge. After that, your order is likely already packed. In that case you can receive it and return it under the 90-day guarantee.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

A note on what we do not promise

Dentova GumRestore is a wellness device for daily gum care. It is not a medical device and does not treat, cure or prevent gum disease or any condition. We give you 90 days because, honestly, it is the only way to know whether it works for you.
